As Sr. Business Analyst, you'll work directly with our client to understand their unique business requirements, mapping them onto concrete technical tasks to be executed on in collaboration with our project managers, logistics, engineers, and other core team members to execute projects effectively. This will include the evaluation and development of processes that support the requirements of the Government. Candidate must be assertive and have the ability to manage details and have superior analysis, problem solving, and data organization skill set. Your business acumen, communication, documentation, and analytical skills will be critical to project success.

What you'll do:

  • Interpret policies based on regulations, directives from higher echelon, management principles and ethics governing the conduct of work.
  • Develop, review, and verify all spend plan requirements to ensure validity, accuracy, and relevancy.
  • Evaluate program policy and ensures that program contracts conform to all Federal regulations.
  • Determine contract fiscal and manpower accountability, internal controls, and interrelationships within contract business units.
  • Monitor current and projected contract expenditures and analyzes trends.
  • Utilizing various analytical methods to conduct program evaluation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop methodology for contract resource allocation and contract funding distribution profile by program.
  • Provide support and collaborate with the Acquisitions Team to ensure accuracy and conformity of budget data across the organization.
  • Develop strategic-level plans and objectives in keeping with PdM objectives.
  • Collaborate on budget management and oversight (planning and execution) tasks in concert with Capability and Acquisition/Contracts team personnel.
  • Provide inputs to develop, maintain, and update manpower data, as part of BMD functions
  • Identify cost, schedule and performance tradeoffs and provide recommendations to leadership.
  • Support Program, Budget, or financial tasks, as requested by Government.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Must have an Active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Must have a Master's degree and 10 years of Business Analyst experience; or Bachelor's degree and 12 years of Business Analyst experience.
  • Must have Knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
  • Must have an understanding and experience with large, complex IT projects and organizations; analyze information from multiple sources to compile a complete, holistic solution within their areas of expertise; and easily communicate those recommendations and issues to a high-level.
