Performs the tasks necessary to assemble the coach in a specific area or discipline on the actual assembly line in a timely manner. They must also maintain tidy work areas and follow detailed instructions in order to meet safety and quality requirements.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Must be capable of using a variety of tools for sustained periods of time
  • Must be able to interpret and understand drawings, Bills of materials and other verbal and written instructions
  • Identify and report errors when found on Prints and Bills of Materials
  • Work with other members of the assembly process to complete coaches within the allotted time frame.
  • Meet and follow all safety and quality requirements
  • Identify defective items and dispose of according to company processes
  • Ability to reason and solve problems as they arise.
  • And other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Read, write, comprehend and verbally communicate in English
  • Capable of reading a tape measure and other measuring devices
  • Attention to detail
  • Willing to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing
  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds
  • Good hand eye coordination
