We are seeking a strong-willed and results driven Electrician to join our team.

The Electrician will assist the maintenance and construction department by performing one or all of the below listed duties. Must be able to satisfy any applicable physical ability testing that may be required for the position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems associated with the following company facilities and equipment:
    • Automated foundry using PLC logic and inductive proximity sensors.
    • Electrical distribution systems
    • Motors and motor control
    • Lighting and lighting control
  • Perform preventative maintenance as required on company equipment.
  • Bend and install conduit as needed, pull wires as needed.
  • Perform all work duties with a minimal amount of direct supervision.
  • Assist in the training of new employees and perform all job duties without posing a direct threat to his/her or coworkers' safety or welfare.
  • Abide by all safety rules as listed in the safety handbook, including the use of all required personal protective equipment.

Must know and comply with the Komatsu Worldwide Code of Business Conduct, KAC Code of Conduct, Hensley Environmental Policies, Hensley Safety Policies, and Hensley Quality Policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or GED (Journeyman's or master electrical license preferred)
  • Must be able to read blueprints and schematics, work order and maintenance management systems experience.
  • Experience in 3 phase low and mid voltage switchgear, transformers and single-phase low voltage
  • Experience with process controls
