Responsibilities

Job Description:

Support the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Directorate (A2) as the Targeting Intelligence Special Operations Theater Air Operations Squadron (SOTAOS) Training Advisor. responsible for instructional delivery of intelligence-related curriculum in support of targeting intelligence training requirements. The employee will create/modify syllabus, lesson plans, practical exercises, multimedia, and other training materials as needed for effective delivery to targeting intelligence personnel. In addition, the employee will instruct SOTAOS targeting intelligence personnel in accordance with developed training objectives and course materials.

Job Duties Include (but not limited to):

Cryptologic Analyst and Reporter Special Operations Theater Air Operations Squadron (SOTAOS) Training Advisor:

    Responsible for instructional system design (ISD) of cryptologic intelligence-related curriculum. For evolving command requirements.
  • Create/modify syllabus, lesson plans, practical exercises, multimedia, and other training materials as needed for effective delivery to signal and electronic intelligence personnel.
  • Instruct SOTAOS signal and electronic intelligence personnel in accordance with developed training objectives and course materials.
Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience performing and managing cryptologic intelligence analysis activities and functions in all domains.
  • Experience analyzing and exploiting intelligence information, developing targets, and providing situational awareness for operations personnel and key leadership.
  • Conducted research and developed assessments of adversarial actions and intentions.
  • Experience supporting all analytical aspects of various Air Force and Joint Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations.
  • Previously analyzed, studied, researched, fused, and correlated intelligence.
  • Completed situation estimates and order-of-battle studies.
  • Previously analyzed, assessed, and prioritized information obtained from intelligence collection efforts, including synthesizing of information to provide serialized intelligence reports to authorized recipients.
  • Conducted in-depth analysis of communications characteristics and target tactics, techniques, and procedures.
  • Created and maintained technical and operational databases using diverse computer hardware and software applications.
  • Performed detailed analysis on target network communications for additional exploitation.
  • Provided detailed support to contingency and deliberate planning processes including operating mission essential communications mediums to asess threat warning capabilities.
  • 10+ years hands-on cryptologic analysis and reporting experience out of the last 12 years.
  • 5+ years hand-on experience in Instructor Methodology and Instructional Systems Design.
  • Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.

Desired Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience managing an Air Force Formal Training Program.
  • 2+ years of general experience in the fields of Training and Education is highly desired.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred.

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance is REQUIRED.
