Job Description
What this job involves: This position will report directly to the Strategic Sourcing Manager and will support a JLL Integrated Facilities Management Client account and will manage the tactical sourcing functions in the Work Order Management system (Corrigo) and manage the account's Service Contractor Agreement / Certificate of Insurance (COI) in the storage Platform (Jaggaer). The ideal candidate should possess excellent collaboration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What your day-to-day will look like:
Responsible for data integrity of contract database and other data management tools.
Ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies and procedures.
Responsible for working with new suppliers to collect all required onboarding documentation and executing new contracts.
Required due diligence for new supplier onboarding, including Corrigo Work Order Management administration and Jaggaer Contract Management platform.
Provide data analysis and reporting as required.
Provide management, detailed instruction, and continuous follow-up to support the operations teams in standardized contract processes.
Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility, awareness, and interpretation to support implementation.
Ensure compliance by auditing sourcing and contracting policies and procedures.
Track all correspondence and authorizations by maintaining detailed and accurate files.
Support communication and resolution of compliance components related to Certificates of Insurance (COI) and associated supporting programs.

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year College or university and 2+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills, organization skills, strong analytical ability, and ability to operate effectively in a decentralized environment.
Excellent communication skills - oral and written.
Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications.
Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience
