Provides project management on marketing initiatives in multiple regions to ensure company branding, production, implementation and delivery of marketing initiatives and materials are completed within defined timelines and company standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides creative direction and project management in the production, implementation and delivery of marketing materials, including, but not limited to, direct mail, email broadcast campaigns, marketing trade shows and events, customer communications, media advertisements, promotions, marketing plan initiatives as well as direct mail and email broadcast campaigns.
  • Provides direction of, and in many cases, copywriting materials to the marketing team for the execution of requested marketing materials from the regions.
  • Utilizes online project management system for project management of marketing activities, including opening jobs, setting schedules and creating estimates.
  • Utilizing current marketing technologies and resources, manages the organization and access to marketing materials for the locations and the region's functional teams.
  • Analyzes campaigns and post-campaign performance analysis based on company metrics.
  • Manages outside vendors and printers in the production and distribution of various marketing and communication materials to meet designated due date.
  • Works with the locations and supplier partners to ensure alignment around co-op guidelines and follows the necessary steps to obtain the associated financial reimbursement.
  • Provides event management for educational seminars, trade shows and customer events.
  • Oversees the creation and distribution of rollout communications for program updates, product enhancements, direct marketing programs and sales tools.
  • Maintains database of advertising media, supplier and production vendor contacts.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field;
  • Two (2) years marketing experience, including online/interactive marketing;
  • Or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

COMPETENCIES

  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Powerpoint and Microsoft Excel required
  • Proficient in writing marketing communications; ability to deliver creative and innovative thoughts
  • Ability to operate independently under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Be able to multi-task, have strong communication skills and business knowledge.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Sound understanding of marketing principles.
  • Effective understanding of latest technologies and should identify how to apply them in marketing.
  • Good team player and should meet or exceed team goals.
  • Plan decisions and practice good judgment.
  • Be self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative.
  • Effectively communicate with internal customers and external vendors and make best use of interpersonal skills.
