Job Description
  • UX design for all kinds of clients in all kinds of industries
  • Develop existing skills by working with senior creative staff on a range of projects
  • Working with and learning from a team of Experience Strategists and UX Designers,
  • Product Managers, Content and Brand Strategists, as well as other cross-functional
  • disciplines including Intelligence, Technology, Marketing Operations, and Creative,
  • Operating and learning across mediums, from digital to cutting-edge spaces like the metaverse
  • Contributing to the culture that makes up our team (new people make us better)
Qualifications

You live and breathe user experience design and your true love exists at the intersection
of logic and beauty. Design systems and interface designs are your jam but you don't
limit yourself and want to dabble in all things design including web, mobile, ecomm, and
metaverse work.

  • Emerging understanding of Experience Design
  • Good knowledge of the following tools:
    • After Effects
    • Illustrator
    • Photoshop
    • InDesign
    • Sketch
    • InVision
  • You are comfortable partnering with design teams and have a conceptual understanding of design principles and processes.
  • Excited about the Experience Design career path

Eligibility

  • You are a career-minded college senior, recent college graduate, career changer, or reentering the workforce after taking some time off
  • You are eligible to work in the U.S
  • Tell us if you are available to work 40 hours per week. If not, what is your availability? We offer flexible schedules to work around school or other commitments.

Program Duration and Details

  • Hybrid Internship requiring three days in-office
  • 10-week Internship program from 6/4/2024-8/9/2024; 40 hours per week

Compensation Range: $20-23/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. This role may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
