Rare Disease-Hybrid Sales Representative

Position Summary:

The Hybrid Sales Representative is responsible for engaging customers through multiple remote and some field based face to face interactions to promote brand messaging. Develop and maintain relationships with targeted accounts by engaging in dialogue that is relevant and meaningful

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily sales call activity according to defined expectations with the purpose of profiling Centers of Excellence and the patient journey from diagnosis to treatment via outbound telephone calls or virtual engagements
  • Engage assigned HCPs targets in depth program discussions to attain individual territory and company goals post launch
  • Profile and manage targeted list of HCPs
  • Create and implement business plans to achieve territory and business goals.
  • Effectively and persuasively communicate with customers using effective selling, listening and negotiation skills, utilizing proper terminology and approved messaging.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the disease state and program.
  • Adhere to approved direction related to pre/post-launch activities
  • Verify and complete required data entry in client CRM systems, such as details of the targets responses and any follow-through actions.
  • Listen and respond appropriately to customer needs and questions.
  • Communicate with the Sales Leader, team members and Consultant on projects progress as required.
  • Create and maintain a positive impression with our client and client's customers
  • Prepare reports for management as needed.
  • Fully comply with all laws, regulations and Consultant policies, code of conduct, all privacy and data guidelines and relevant state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions
  • Perform special projects and assignments as directed by the program leadership.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required from an accredited university or college
  • Pharmaceutical sales experience required
  • Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written) required
  • 1+ years Neurology experience preferred
  • Ability to work in the field on occasion as needed
  • Scientific acumen needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Colleagues in customer-facing roles within our Commercial and Medical Solutions teams may be expected to maintain required credentials, including vaccination status. This ensures compliance with standards for patient and colleague safety.
