**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Lead Concierge to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our front desk services. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to all guests, manage a team of concierge staff, and ensure the smooth functioning of administrative tasks.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist all guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Train, mentor, and supervise concierge staff
- Coordinate schedules and ensure adequate coverage for front desk duties
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, sorting mail, and data entry
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office and guest supplies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
**Working Hours:**
This is a full-time position scheduled from Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be required based on business needs.
