About Your Role:
As our Residential Case manager (RCM), you will work with adult clients with severe and persistent mental illness, requiring additional supervision and independent living supports. You will meet with these clients daily to provide skill training and personal support. Such services may include life skills such as hygiene, housekeeping, budgeting, safety, medication management, public transportation, maintaining a residence, food purchasing/storage and meal preparation. While supervising and providing these supports to residents, you will monitor their behaviors, needs, progress, and client administered medication, to document their progress, continued need, and services rendered to address the needs. Our RCM will provide crisis intervention with residents as needed. This role transports clients locally to medical appointments, grocery trips, etc. using a company vehicle. You will work as part of a team in the residential setting and attend monthly staff meetings and supervision with the Residential Program supervisor for professional development.
Does the Following Apply to You?
One of the following:
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelors Degree in a Human Service field (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, etc) - preferred

Preferred:
1 year experience in a mental health or substance abuse residential facility
2 years experience working with a psychiatric population
Valid Georgia Drivers License and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR);
Clean Criminal Back Ground Check (no conviction or credible evidence of abuse, neglect, or sexual exploitation)
