Summary:

Nisga'a TEK, LLC is looking for a Warehouse Manager. This person will be responsible for providing supervision of warehousing of procured materials.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

    Oversee the inventory management of all assets housed in the warehouse.
  • Inspect incoming equipment for proper work functionality; to ensure equipment undergoing functionality check is up to code.
  • Comply with current federal, state, local, Department of Defense (DoD) and Air Force regulations, plans and policies including all applicable parts of the Air Force Occupational Safety and Health Standard (AFOSH) and the United States Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
  • Determine and ensure standards for quality control and inspection.
  • Direct shipments and resolve logistical challenges by communication with clients, transportation providers, manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Offloading and receiving/inspection of inbound hardware and software delivered to warehouse.
  • Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment.
  • Receive, condition code tagging and inspect all material in warehouse within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Issue material from stock.
  • Loading outbound freight/cargo
  • Deliver supply documentation between supply building and applicable consignees.
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous assignments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering or technology field
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience installing hardware including routers, switches, storage, workstations, fiber and MPO cabling.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience working and or managing warehouse and inventory.
  • Certification matched to assigned duties.
  • Active Top Secret clearance
  • Ability to obtain a TS-SCI security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience managing a warehouse.
  • Experience leading cross functional teams.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $105,000 per year.
