We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager Associate to join our Industrial team. There is lots of opportunity for growth in this role and you would be joining a very collaborative team!

Here's what you can expect from this exciting role:

  • Maintain and build assigned business relationships
  • Review treatment programs and processes within the territory accounts ensuring effective applications through routine testing and monitoring resulting in customer satisfaction and business retention.
  • Conduct the necessary site and LMS/classroom training programs to understand the overall operations of the territory plants and new customer sites
  • Sell new business and new applications in assigned territory - develop and implement sales plans on new opportunities.
  • Manage profitability of the account (pump settings, pricing, accounts receivable)
  • Review territory applications and processes/procedures for safety improvements
  • Experience in the power industry, specializing in high pressure boilers, cooling towers, boilers, waste water treatment plants preferred
  • A "hands on" worker
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to work with autonomy and direct/coach indirect reports
  • Experience working with multi levels in an organization to achieve results
  • Industry and customer literate, or ability to pick up industry and Solenis technologies quickly

Pay Range:$68,800.00-92,610.00
