Responsibilities:
Performance Management position responsible for design and development of performance support content for priority business initiatives and/or products/service/systems requiring training for successful execution.
Maintain appropriate categorization of content including policies, processes, procedures etc.
Appropriately tag content with metadata to improve content reuse and ensure correct placement.
Work collaboratively with other workgroups and stakeholders to develop the most effective material.
Ensure relevance, quality, and accuracy of content and tools.
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
3-5 years Instructional Design and Development and/ or Performance Management Content management background Great written communication skills Exceptional Technical writing skills

Advanced adult learning skills
Program management experience
Advanced Microsoft skills; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Google Sheets/Docs/Slides skills
Graphic s experience
Adobe Experience Manager
