Project Architect

The Project Architect will support the architectural team to assist with the design process for multi-family and hospitality projects using Autodesk REVIT Architecture Software.

As a Project Architect, you will manage:
  • Design multi-family and hospitality projects.
  • Design new construction, historic adaptive reuse projects, and acquisition rehab projects.
  • Work closely with Real Estate Development team to analyze sites for potential developments.
  • Work closely with the Construction Department for estimating, construction documents, and construction.

Project Architect Qualifications:
  • Degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Five years of related experience, preferably in multi-family housing.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD.
  • Regional travel may be required from time to time.
