WHAT YOU'LL DO We are seeking a strong candidate to support our global DigitalBCG marketing team. In this role, you will assist members of the marketing team in a variety of marketing related topics including email communication, social media, reporting marketing metrics and business intelligence, event marketing, along with other support activities related to DigitalBCG marketing. The role provides the opportunity to gain introductory experience in global marketing at one of the leading management consulting firms. YOU'RE GOOD AT
Collaborating with team members and leadership to support the development of branded messaging and collateral including but not limited to social media content, newsletter content, and internal communications
Assisting in the promotion and amplification of internal communications for flagship thought leadership and commercial content launches
Supporting the project development of client reference collateral from conception to launch
Maintaining database of relevant client marketing activities across various marketing teams and ensure proper CRM tagging and tracking/reporting
Assisting in managing pipelines for media and public relations activities
Supporting the execution of global and regional events portfolio from pre-event planning through coordination of onsite experience elements
Tracking and supporting the development of competitor intelligence; Maintaining and updating core materials including but not limited to thought leadership publications, email lists, and other assets for the DigitalBCG marketing team
Supporting special marketing projects and select administrative tasks
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Ongoing bachelor's or master's studies with high academic achievements
Strong organization and project management skills
Strong attention to detail and learning agility
Solid analytical skills
An interest in digital and technology topics
Willingness to learn business intelligence (BI) and CRM functionality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks in parallel
Creative, yet structured problem solver
Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
Familiarity with collaborating in a virtual environment via Trello and Slack, preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal credibility, reliability, and service mentality
