We are currently recruiting candidates to fill a Sales Co-op position at our global headquarters location in Racine, Wisconsin. This opportunity will be a full-time, temporary position occurring during spring, summer, or fall semesters. The assignment lasts for one full semester, with the possibility to extend through summer or return for an additional semester.
Complete tasks related to various sales activities such as:
Support Business Account Managers and/or Business Account Coordinators with customer-specific issue
Customer Request For Quote and Contract Reviews
Analyze Product Investments, Costs and Quote Financial Metrics
Customer Quote Preparation
Analyze Market Pricing
Consolidate Data feeding Customer Account Management Plans
Enhance Sales tools and processes to improve efficiency
Prepare Sales Reports
Process Customer Purchase Orders and Invoices
Document Sales processes and work instructions
Sophomore standing in an engineering or business degree program
Possess Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, Access) – spreadsheets, pivot tables, charts/graphs, etc.
Ability to learn or knowledge of SAP systems
Ideal candidate is self-motivated and eager to learn
Well organized and good decision making skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment handling a wide range of activities with direction from multiple personnel
Available for light travel with possible over-night stay
