supporting UCB's U.S. Rare disease business unit
As U.S. Communication lead for Rare Diseases, you will lead internal and external communications in support of the U.S. Rare disease business unit. In close collaboration with the U.S. Rare team and corporate communications, the lead will develop and execute strategic internal communications to enable effective ways of working within U.S. Rare and its stakeholders. Additionally, this role will drive U.S. external communications for UCB's Rare disease portfolio and pipeline in collaboration with global communicators. Initial priorities will be growing UCB's reputation in specific rare diseases and preparing to launch two assets. To deliver, the lead will collaborate across UCB and corporate communications core functions (digital, internal, external, community engagement, public affairs, and neurology and immunology) to ensure alignment and successful engagement of key audiences.
