Operates the telephone switchboard to relay incoming telephone calls to appropriate personnel.
REQUIRED: 1. Six (6) months prior experience as Communications Systems Operator or Call Center, Customer Service, Switchboard, Receptionist. 2. Must have ability to maintain composure and customer service during contacts with callers. 3. Must have pleasant telephone voice, and be able to work closely with other operators. PREFERRED: One (1) year hospital based experience as a Communications Systems Operator.
