Day-to-day responsibilities of the Human Resources Function, such as, performance evaluation, training, and regulatory issues. In addition, specific focus on Employee Relations and benefits issues will be required in this role.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. a. B.S. or B.A. degree in Human Resources or related field, plus two (2) years experience in Human Resources, OR; b. A.S. Degree and Four (4) years experience as a Human Resources Generalist.
2. Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources programs regulations and administration procedures.
3. Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. 4. Prior experience with computers or word processing systems.
Preferred: Demonstrated knowledge and experience with computers and word processing systems. 2. Certification in Human Resources through workshops, seminars, or course work. 3. SPHR or PHR certification.
