Eva Desmond-Lugo is a career coach and human resources professional dedicated to promoting the continued growth and potential of individuals in job transition.

With over 17 years of experience coaching employees at all levels on work related issues, Eva understands what potential employers are looking for and how human resource professionals think about and manage the hiring process. During her professional career, she has participated in and trained managers in the best practices associated with the selection of individuals for jobs and the overall interview process. She maintains that knowledge through membership in professional organizations and continued personal development. Having worked in companies involved in restructuring and reorganization, Eva has experience working with individuals in transition.

Both bicultural and bilingual, Eva’s goal is to help individuals identify career choices that leverage their skills and experiences while honoring their culture, language, and uniqueness.

Eva is an Associate Career Coach, certified by the Career Coach Institute and has a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations degree from Cornell University. She is a member of the following professional organizations: National Resume Writers Association, International Association of Career Coaches, Human Resource Association of Broward County, Greater Miami Society of Human Resource Management, and the Employment Management Association. Additionally, Eva is certified by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR).
