Founded in 1986 by Leonard J. Moniz, Jr., Precision Concrete Construction quickly established a reputation as a high quality place and finish operation built on the strong foundation of experience and a dedication to quality. Over the following decades, that reputation has expanded to include not only finishing concrete, but virtually every other aspect of concrete construction as well, making Precision one of the largest full-service concrete construction companies in the Southeast. From field engineers to heavy equipment operators, carpenters to finishers, Precision has the experienced personnel and equipment to perform at the highest level. Additionally, as our expertise has increased, so has our coverage expanding from our home in Atlanta to blanketing the Southeast and beyond. The company has grown and earned its ranking among the Engineering News-Record’s Top 600 Specialty Contractors, as well as being ranked in Concrete Construction’s Top 100 list of Concrete Contractors.
