The Executive Recruiter is directly involved in the provision and support of candidate sourcing, networking and assessment for Executive Search. The Executive Recruiter is responsible for developing and interviewing a slate of qualified candidates for client presentation. The Executive Recruiter is responsible for growing specialty pipelines and maintaining relationships with active candidates.
Job Tasks:
Develop a slate of qualified candidates for presentation to the Search Leader.
Responsible for the front end of the recruiting process (sourcing, qualifying, interviewing and presenting candidates) to build a strong talent pipeline for open positions and pipeline opportunities.
Develop and execute direct and indirect sourcing techniques, including complex internet searches, cold calling, social/professional networking, diversity recruiting and research to build a strong network of passive and active candidates.
Successfully meet metric goals while maintaining a high level of passive quality candidates.
Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role through a variety of tools, techniques and methods
Maintain effective communication regularly with Search Leader regarding recruitment status and updates.
Maintain current knowledge related to recruiting laws, regulations, guidelines and standards necessary to perform job duties in accordance with the requirements of the Corporate Compliance Plan.
Performs all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Minimum Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, healthcare or a
related field required.
Preferred Education/Certifications:
PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP or recruiting certification preferred
Minimum Experience:
Experience with executive recruiting, preferably in healthcare.
Proven experience with sourcing strategies within leadership
Experience developing an active candidate network in support of
recruiting.
Excellent critical thinking, project management and time
management skills.
Must have solid interviewing techniques as well as strong
communication, persuasive, interpersonal and problem solving
abilities.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, written and verbally.
