SUMMARY
The Human Resources Business Partner II is responsible for coordinating and supporting plant management human resources activities at three manufacturing facilities (McPherson, KS, Wichita Falls, TX, Lodi, CA). Activities include resolution of employee issues, communication of corporate policies and procedures, providing training and educational programs; counseling with managers/supervisors on significant discipline and termination decisions for employees.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate as normally based in an office.
