The Alaka'ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a need for top talent to support the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) with Professional Support for its Division of Global Migration and Quarantine (DGMQ) out of Atlanta, GA. Support will accomplish program, business, and service requirements for the DGMQ.

SUPPORT AREAS INCLUDE:

  • Communication Support -.Provide support to the branch through written and online communications.
  • Resource Management Support - Support data analysis and statistical support for the National Center for Infectious Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD) at the CDC.
  • Programmatic Public Health and Scientific Support - Support the division in its regulatory activities to ensure that assessments and other programmatic requirements are completely properly.
  • Workforce Management Support - Support senior leadership with travel arrangement, scheduling appointments, liaising conferences, and providing administrative assistance.
  • Space and Asset Management Services - Develop plans and identify resources to provide recommendations for program development and implementation.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 2-5 years' experience is preferred.
  • Experience supporting the CDC or relevant organizations is preferred.

DESIRED EDUCATION:

  • At least a high school diploma is required. A bachelor's degree is preferred.

CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to pass a background investigation.
