Summary

Responsible for coordinating shipping employees in completing daily task required

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible in coordination all inbound receiving and stocking locations
  • Determine cycle counts and reports daily
  • Process daily pulls, distributing to the assigned employees
  • Performs all safety checks within the warehouse area

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Requires Forklift certification
  • Good knowledge of excel and word documents creating charts and reports.
  • Ability to successfully multiple tasks and priorities and quickly adapt in a fast-paced high-energy environment.

EXPECTATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: (edit as needed)

Knowledge & Expectations- Requires a strong attention to detail and focus on data integrity management processes, high proficiency in reporting and data analysis.Serve as resource to management and support strategic plans to ensure successful workforce planning.Requires a strong client focus, business acumen and results orientation; both a strategic thinker and able to execute tactics. Must possess the ability to work and communicate effectively with others across all levels and collaborate and establish strong working relationships with everyone.

Mental- Requires a relatively high degree of concentration intermittently; periods of mental effort and concentration followed by other aspects of the job with lesser concentration and attention requirements.

Physical- Requires walking/standing approximately 40%, sitting approximately 60% and could require lifting up to 30 lbs.; involves repetitive stooping, forward bending and crouching approximately 10 % of time.

Manual Dexterity- Requires the ability to operate computers, printers, time clocks, adding machine, and other general office equipment and to record written information.

Audible Demands- Requires ability to communicate via verbal instructions.

Visual- Requires the ability to read written instructions, correspondence and other documentation as well as operate office equipment such as computers and printers.

Environmental- Requires capability of performing essential job functions in an exposure to plant with the presence of dust, fumes, noise, and fluctuating temperatures due to lack of climate control.
