Job Description

Georgia-Pacific (GP) is seeking an Order to Cash Functional Analyst that wants to join our team that will implement the next generation of knowledge systems centered on SAP S/4HANA for our Building Products businesses. In this role, you will partner with the Order to Cash, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), operations, and accounting teams to capture requirements, provide solution recommendations, configure the system, and support cutovers, integration and user acceptance testing and go-live. The ideal candidate will have extensive business process design and optimization experience as well as knowledge of commercial business processes, data management, in-depth understanding of SAP S/4HANA(S/D), tenacity for solving problems, and excellent communication & collaboration skills. Candidates should be comfortable working on a dynamic, cross functional team where you will use initiative and leadership skills, to discover opportunities and create a cross divisional customer experience, focused on maximizing value creation for our customers and GP.

What You Will Do

  • Work with Business Solution Leads/Business Process Leads to identify the business needs and apply Business Analysis principles to elicit, understand and document business requirements.
  • Interpret user requirements and provide solution alternatives and S/4 system demos to key stakeholders to meet Order to Cash business requirements.
  • Design, configure, and modify SAP to meet business requirements using best practices.
  • Develop and update functional design specifications and mapping documents including workflow, validation, and logic requirements for all RICEFW objects, data conversions and interim state design.
  • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
  • Assist with the creation and execution of deployment and cutover plans.
  • Develop test cases, execute test plans, log, and resolve defects during system integration testing, user acceptance testing and hypercare.
  • Collaborate with process leads, vendors and solution integrators to clarify vision, scope, and capabilities.
  • Demonstrate a high level of ownership, initiative, and strong sense of urgency in all assignments as part of a fast-paced project implementation environment


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • At least 5 years' experience with SAP Sales and Distribution Capabilities in S/4HANA including but not limited to Enterprise Structure, Master data, Pre-Sales, Sales Order processing, Order Management, EDI, AATP
  • Hands-on configuration with SAP Sales and Distribution in S/4HANA.
  • Ability to synthesize business problems and recommend optimal system solutions.
  • Experience with 1 full SAP Lifecycle Implementations with S/4 HANA.


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience as an ABAP developer with the capability to debug code.
  • Experience with Ortec, other route/transportation management systems.
  • Experience in the Building Products industry.
  • Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science or equivalent.
