Role Purpose
The Senior Manager, Creative Project Management will play a key role in partnering with sales leaders to develop and design materials that support sales business needs, including reporting, executive presentations, business reviews, sales materials, etc, that convey messaging and branding consistently across the organization. This role will also work alongside a team of specialists to support project teams and business stakeholders by integrating communications activities into change management initiatives, such as changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The role will help drive integrated change management and communications strategies that deliver compelling messaging and inspire behavioral change needed to achieve desired business goals.

Key responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales Leaders: Partner with sales leaders across the CVG organization to identify their needs and develop and design supporting materials as needed that graphically convey messaging in a professional and compelling manner. Build a strong understanding of the needs of the sales business in detail to ensure accurate, well-tailored support. Serves as an informational resource for sales team members about on-going sales activities.
Communication Strategy: Support the development of integrated change management communications strategies to deliver clear and compelling messaging that aligns with organizational changes and ensure this is integrated / updated in sales leader materials.
Stakeholder Management: Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Facilitate conversations with these stakeholders to understand the business, change management impacts, assist with managing expectations, and solicit feedback regarding various sales initiatives.
Drive Desired Business Outcomes: Align all design and change management activities to business goals. Ensure that all initiatives support and contribute to the attainment of key business results, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Change Management: Work closely with project teams and business stakeholders to integrate change management activities into various initiatives.

Skills
Strong organizational and project management skills with an eye for detail and the ability to multi-task and design in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent follow-through and high attention to detail
Advanced working knowledge of InDesign and other Adobe Creative Suite programs
Technologically savvy with adaptability and proficiency in learning new software and JLL's in- house platforms
Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills
Flexible and highly motivated, with a willingness to take initiative and work independently
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with teammates and clients
Ability to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles with an ability to complete projects on time

Qualifications
5+ years communication/design/change management experience
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Communications preferred
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
Able to learn new tools and processes quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment
Ability to design messages that accurately communicate complex business strategies to a wide, global audience
Ability to use creative problem-solving skills to navigate change management activities
Excellent written and verbal communication, and editing skills
