Job Summary

The B2C Marketing Specialist is a key member of the paid media team responsible for buying media, strategizing, implementing, analyzing and optimizing our paid campaigns. The Sr. B2C Marketing Specialist focuses on improving marketing performance to accelerate acquisition and retention initiatives.

The B2C Marketing Specialist manages budgets, tracks ROI, identifies optimizations, and drives results. The B2C Marketing Specialist analytical, resourceful, and demonstrated a thorough understanding of key performance metrics across multiple channels. This role will have an opportunity to help grow and expand into new channels.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead campaign strategy and tactical execution of performance marketing on all current and future paid channels (Paid Social, Google, and various programmatic partners).
  • Identify and test new paid media acquisition channels and measure viability against existing channels.
  • Actively measure and execute A/B split testing for ad copy and landing pages to ensure optimal campaign performance
  • Plan, implement and measure multi-channel, full funnel paid media strategies with goal of meeting our objectives.
  • Work with the greater B2C Marketing Team to communicate campaign results and develop strategies and tactics that align with our short and long-term goals.
  • Continually optimize and improve paid media campaigns to make the most of the allocated budget
  • Identify target audiences and understand their behavior
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations of areas for optimization
  • Stay current on digital advertising industry trends, best practices and new offerings
  • Serve as an SME for field training sessions as needed
  • Monitor campaigns daily and provide weekly updates on results and recommendations

Required

  • Bachelor's degree (Strongly Preferred)
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience running paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Must be proficient in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (YouTube & Google Search) paid media campaigns
  • Ability to plan, implement and measure paid media campaigns regularly
  • Skilled in identifying areas for campaign optimization
  • Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Amplitude, or other Multi-touch Attribution Tools
  • Strong analytic skills to align with our data-driven approach
  • Working knowledge of technology systems and data reporting
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $55,000 to $60,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
