The University Relations (UR) Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to attract, engage, and hire top-tier university talent. The UR Specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers, university stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure a seamless and effective recruitment process. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our employer brand and build strong partnerships within the academic community. University Relations Specialist will serve as the main point of contact for interns throughout the recruitment process.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree required
* 4+ years of related professional work experience; with at least 2 years in early career recruiting and/or experience in a university related role
* Prior experience with Yello and Handshake a plus
* Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred
