The Wholesale Know Your Customer (KYC) Analyst is a critical business process role where BSA/AML knowledge, good research and communication skills are necessary for the success of the business group. The successful candidate will interface with key stakeholders in the Business, Compliance, Client Onboarding and others to ensure Bank objectives are achieved.

You and Your Job
As a Wholesale KYC Analyst, you will be successful if you can become an expert in internal KYC policies and procedures and act as a liaison between the banking team and the client onboarding team to ensure the KYC process is completed quickly.

The primary responsibilities of the job are related to KYC. The Wholesale KYC Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the KYC Client Due Diligence (CDD)/Enhance Due Diligence (EDD) for a portfolio of clients through periodic reviews, event driven reviews etc. As an integral part of a small team the candidate will need to be both a good team player with excellent communication skills in dealing with external and internal stakeholders. The Wholesale KYC Analyst should be able to work independently, manage workload and meet strict deadlines. The Wholesale KYC Analyst should have strong BSA/AML technical skills, excellent communication skills in dealing with external and internal stakeholders.

This position requires the Wholesale KYC Analyst to be physically in the office a minimum of 2 days per week.

Job Responsibilities

* Coordinate the KYC process and prepare KYC files in a timely manner.

* Be a Subject Matter Expert on FINCEN rules and internal policies and procedures.

* Coordinate with the other Wholesale team leads to ensure consistency in processes.

* Work with business change leaders on projects, risks, reporting and procedures.

* BS/BA in a relevant field.

* 3-5 years of experience in similar functions or related education.

* Strong analytic and computer skills (Excel), attention to detail.

* Strong analytic and spreadsheet skills.

* Strong BSA/AML knowledge.

* Ability to work under pressure.

* Share information and knowledge appropriately with co-workers.

* Effective in communicating with others, within the bank and with clients.

* Ability to seek additional information/ explanation for clarification when needs.

* Work effectively with colleagues in achieving the Bank's goals.

* Demonstrate teamwork in facilitating workflow.

* Assess daily situations and make sound business decisions.

* Utilizes internal and external sources to effectively identify and resolve issues.

* Good understanding of wholesale lending products including derivatives, asset-based finance, and capital markets

* Understanding of Rabobank culture and organization

* Relevant Corporate Clients Support, Execution or Legal experience, preferred.

* ACAMs certified, preferred.

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: $76,000 - $125,000

This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]'s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
