Execute the Business strategy in order to leverage market share, revenue & contribuition margin toward the company goals for the region. Lead Commercial Negotiations; Prospect Customers & different Business Opportunities;Lead Application Engineering team establishing strategy and tactics, defining working plans, prioritizing and identifying projects and opportunities and following up day by day work evolution guarantying focus in the

BUSINESS STRATEGY and best result as possible in short, medium and long term, Constantly review the the P&L, macro scenario, competitors actions, refrigeration market trends, to seek threats and opportunities.Be the focal point and the voice of customer inside Embraco for all related subjects of his interest: Quality, Logistics, Engineering and Project.;Be and behave as a business owner towards the customer, leading fronts of relevance to the business and to the relationship with the customer.;

Field Sales Responsibilities include:
a. Travel to assigned accounts / sales territory to develop and/or maintain customers
b. Work with specifying engineers, buyers, executives, etc. to acquire motors
c. Generate interest in our products, quote, sample, and close on new business
d. Properly size and specify appropriate products for each type of application
e. Solicit forecasts and develop business plans for major accounts
f. Learn competitors strengths and weaknesses
g. Conduct failure analysis at end-user or customer locations
h. Support other sales engineers as needed
i. Handle special assignments

Office Responsibilities include:
a. Focus on follow-up resulting from field sales activities
b. Respond to technical inquiries
c. Deep interface with Customer Service and Technical Support
d. Interface with product engineers in Slovakia, Italy and Brazil
e. Qualify / Follow-up on sales leads / Pipeline of opportunities
f. Provide monthly market reports and call reports
g. Insure that customer invoices are paid within negotiated terms

Miscellaneous Responsibilities include:
a. Sales analysis; utilize CRM/ICS and other company related software programs
b. Travel to Nidec plants (Brazil / Slovakia / Mexico / China) as needed
c. Write articles for trade magazines
d. Minimize expenses wherever possible
e. And all other related duties as assigned

Additional Job Details

Minimum educational requirement:
- BS in Engineering, Marketing or Business related, MBA is a plus
- Experience in the A/C and refrigeration market preferred
- Sales experience preferred.

- Minimum five years of commercial sales (B2B) or industry experience
