Job Description

The Sr. Director, Enablement will lead the end-to-end partner competency program strategy and roadmap that enables the partner ecosystem at Infor and supports the transformation of skills and capabilities across multiple partner business models (services, sales, presales). This leader will manage a team focused on providing learning paths and programs to support regional partner success and support of cross-regional initiatives. The Sr. Director will be responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of all partner enablement programs in collaboration with Learning Programs, Learning Portfolio, Sales Enablement, and other teams. They will work with internal and external stakeholders, analyze data and metrics, and collaborate on insights to improve enablement and create thoughtful programs based on industry leading practices.

The Sr. Director drives proactive cross-functional and industry alignment and provides strategic leadership to ensure program goals are successfully designed and executed by them and their direct reports. The Sr. Director, Enablement works closely with the Sr. Director, Product Skills the Sr. Director, Professional Skills, and the Sr. Director PM Skills and reports to the VP, Global Learning Programs. In addition, this position will closely collaborate with stakeholders including Infor Ecosystems, Consulting, Education Services Delivery, Product Engineering, Support, Product Documentation, and Product Management.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Develop and execute partner competency strategy for Infor U in collaboration with Ecosystem, Support, Consulting, Product Management, and the Infor U leadership teams.
  • Lead Partner Competency strategy and industry best practices and governance to best serve the partner audience.
  • Analyze key business metrics and industry best practices, tools, processes, and options, present findings, and identify opportunities to improve the business.
  • Understand the technical & professional skills training needs of Infor partners, including needs specific to various roles and geographies, and in support of Infor's vision and strategic priorities.
  • Foster relationships with various Infor learning stakeholders, collaborating to select required courses and appropriate titles, topics, and platforms for both learning and assessment.
  • Articulate, communicate, and publicize the roadmap for Infor U content, certification development, and updates.
  • Lead the team in drawing on both internal and external resources to meet its goals and improve both efficiency and consistency with other Infor communications.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience leading Global Partner Enablement Programs for Enterprise Software companies.
  • Experience developing and designing enablement programs for a variety of partner types.
  • Experience in creating competency programs that serve partner audiences.
  • Communication skills (oral, written, and listening) at all levels, including senior executives, technical experts, peers, customers, partners, and employees.
  • Experience with modern Learning Experience Platforms and new learning modalities.
  • Budgeting, resource planning, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some travel required as needed.

Location: Remote Based (St. Paul, MN, Dallas, TX, Alpharetta, GA)
