Some departments work 3-2-2 rotating day shifts (i.e. 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, etc.)
3 -2-2 Day shift is 6am - 6pm
Night shift is currently Mon-Thurs 6pm - 6am
Starting wage of $19.57/hour (effective 3/1/2024) with a pay increase upon receiving level 1 qualifications (within 3 - 6 months depending on candidate training). Candidates will be subject to a 90-day probationary and training period.
Our Savannah Operations is a heavy industrial forging manufacturing plant located in Midway, Georgia, employs approximately 200 people and is poised for growth!
We have immediate openings for Production Trainees. The Production Trainee position is an hourly entry level manufacturing job and can be placed in any one of our major departments: Forge, ISO, and Hot Operations Shop
Candidates will perform a variety of tasks including the following: setting up the presses, assisting with die changes, manually moving product in and out of the furnace, checking temperatures, operating equipment for machining and inspections, operating hand tools, grinding parts, coating parts, and other related general manufacturing work.
