We are currently seeking a Senior Manager to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the software solutions developed/Supported for our client, Elavon, a major processor of credit card transactions.
  • Continue to act as the Onsite liaison for Elavon's group, providing direction and specialized expertise to the project team responsible for software development.
  • Continue to oversee and manages the delivery related to the tasks pertaining to the project.
  • Continue to collaborate with the Elavon project managers/SMEs on task allocation and prioritization while finalizing entry, exit, and acceptance criteria for the scope of work for his team.
  • Lead project meetings and status updates and acts as the first point of escalation for any delivery issues from Elavon's perspective.
  • Drive new growth opportunities for the expansion of business and align with resources on day-to-day basis.
  • Assist in getting the queries resolved for the offshore and global NTT teams as the onsite representative.
  • Provide guidance to the development teams that are involved with the SDLC lifecycle of complex credit card processing software systems.
  • In collaboration with the onsite team, assist in defining and documenting business needs and requirements and translating them into software solutions while setting the project's schedules, deadlines, and goals in accordance with NTT's contractual commitments with Elavon.
  • Manage, gather and analyze the scope for customizations on the NA within Elavon, as well as new business requirements on the NA.
  • Analyze the change requests related to business requirements and attend status review meetings, in addition to presenting status reports from NTT perspective to Elavon.
  • Collaborate with department leadership to review business requests, analyze requirements, establish priorities, scope out deliverables, and set directions, thus aligning department objectives with the overall company goals.
  • In collaboration with the team, manage the weekly reporting of key business performance indicators and recommend "course correction" analytics to ensure that business performance is successfully delivered.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8 plus years-Account/Delivery Management-Delivery Oversight
