Position Summary | Reporting to the Deputy Director of Curatorial and Academic Affairs and collaborating closely with the Head of Education, the Associate Curator of Academic and Campus Engagement will play a pivotal role in learning and engagement with campus audiences at the Georgia Museum of Art. This position will expand the museum's current work with university audiences by teaching with the museum's collections and exhibitions, organizing and leading multi-disciplinary university class visits, and developing and executing curricular and co-curricular programs for faculty and students. Responsibilities include oversight of the museum-wide student internship program, the Student Nights program, curating the university study gallery, and other programs. This individual will work closely with the curatorial and academic affairs team, as well as others departments throughout the museum, to ensure that these programs align with the vision and mission of the museum. This is a two-year position with the possibility of renewal. |
