The Billing and Payroll Assistant receives, reviews, and validates clinician direct deposit and W-9 forms and timesheets. This role is responsible for the processing of timesheets from all divisions and checking in and batching for distribution to Specialists for processing. The Billing and Payroll Assistant manages the uploading of paper documents, including clinician expenses, and updates clinician banking information in the financial system.Clinician Direct Deposit and W-9 Form Coordination - 70%
Receives electronic and paper direct deposit and W-9 forms for processing
Reviews new clinician direct deposit forms and W-9's for completion
Uploads paper direct deposit and W-9's forms
Enters clinician banking information into financial system
Uses Tencheck to validate clinician tax ID numbers
Clinician Timesheet Processing - 30%
Receives timesheets electronically and validates specific information on timesheets for accuracy
Checks-in and uploads timesheets via internal program
Reviews duplicate timesheets to ensure they are not updated copies
Uploads timesheet images into Salesforce
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)
Serves as back-up to the Billing and Payroll Specialist as needed
May work on special projects or other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1+ year(s) of experience working in an office environment preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Ability to adhere to and exhibit the Company Values at all times
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
Working knowledge of Salesforce or relative CRM system preferred
Working knowledge of financial systems preferred, Workday a plus
