Buyer, REMOTE - 9 - 12 month contract.BA/ BS Required

To strengthen our Supply Chain Management team, we are looking for experienced candidates for the position of Buyer for our Global Supply Chain Team.

Your day to day:
* Process Purchase Requisitions and create Purchase Orders
* Proactively monitor confirmations of Purchase Orders from the suppliers* Proactively manage on time deliveries
* Resolve issues related to Purchase Orders and Invoices
* Closely collaborate with your internal customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Report your achievements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
* Support our further development by identification and implementation of improvements
* Support and promote a culture where a high quality of work is the norm

Who you are
* BA in Supply Chain, Business or similar Required
* At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate environment, ideally in operational procurement/SCM area* Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit
* Customer focus with proactive attitude
* Negotiation skills will be an asset
* Proficient use of SAP, Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and PowerPoint is desirable
