Job Summary

This role would be an experienced analyst to plan, coordinate and execute intel activities in support of operations activities. Duties will include execution of tactical intel operations with F3EA, Inc. clients, scenario development, production and dissemination of intelligence products, and participation in and assessment of intel fusion activities.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Ability to perform in-depth research from a wide range of sources (biographic, cultural, historical, political, and social) to produce area studies and supporting products.
  • Proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
  • Performs regional and geo-political analysis.
  • Knowledge and experience in collection management required.
  • May perform HUMINT/SIGINT analysis.
  • May perform Counter Threat Finance analysis.
  • Assist in scenario development supporting full spectrum operations.
  • Document processes and provide continual process improvement.
  • Comply with company standard operating policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Minimum of ten years analytical experience with DoD or equivalent Government agencies required with five years at the operational level in support of Special Operations Forces.
  • Active DOD security clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.
  • Knowledge and experience in regional and geo-political analysis required.
  • Understand and be able to replicate TACREPS, IIRs, OSINT, and other products of intelligence significance which facilitate targeting and threat analysis for scenario replication.
  • Have quantifiable experience with HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, MASINT, and OSINT and possess an understanding of DNI/OSC, CIA, DIA, NSA, and NGA functions.
  • Knowledge and experience in collection management required.
  • Possess the ability to perform multiple tasks and change focus quickly as requirements change.

Preferred Skills
  • HUMINT/SIGINT analysis experience preferred.
  • Counter Threat Finance experience preferred.
  • Operational experience supporting SOF or counterterrorism elements in a deployed environment - CJSOTF or equivalent staff experience preferred.
  • Experience in providing intelligence estimates for ground force and can deliver intelligence estimates for aviation assets (HLZ analysis, threat at objective, threat enroute).
  • J2/G2 staff experience is a plus.
  • Experience in teaching and mentoring INTEL analysts.

Physical Demands
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer may be required.
  • Able to walk cross-country (uneven, rocky, sandy, and water obstacles up to waist high) in all weather conditions during day, night, and low visibility periods. Able to operate outside of a normal office environment in outside elements.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
