The Reisa Group, Inc. is in business to help companies build strong organizational infrastructures. We do that by providing professional, quality, timely and cost effective interviewing, referencing and retained search services.

In the early 1980s, Betsy McCall ended a successful six-year career selling capital equipment to the plastics and paper industries and founded Crossroads Career Services, an employment agency and career counseling service. Three years later, Betsy joined an Atlanta-based executive retained search firm and worked as a recruiter for six years. In October of 1995, she started her own interviewing, referencing and search business, The Reisa Group, Inc.
